Shipping & returns
We will do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders made by 1pm Monday-Friday and by 11:00am on Saturday are more likely to go out within the same day but not guaranteed. In general please allow 3-7 business days (unless overnight delivery is requested) for delivery of all in-stock merchandise. Items may ship separately if there is a stock issue on our end or by our distributors. We will try to keep you posted on shipping issues.
Returns/ Exchanges/ Replacement
Returns and/or exchanges can be made by mail, UPS, FedEx etc (all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer) or in person at our retail location in Williston, VT. We urge you to read and understand our policies as we abide by them in fairness of all of all of our customers and business.
Our return policy is as follows:
- ALL returns/exchanges will need to have the return/exchange form filled out and returned with the item(s) that was sent with the original delivery, or you can contact us to email you a form.
- All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of shipment--NO exceptions
- Products should be in new, resalable condition. Items cannot have been worn (other than to try on) or damaged, and must have all original packaging and tags attached.
- If the returned items do not meet the returnable criteria, the return may be refused or a restocking fee may be charged of up to 50% of the cost of the item.
- For defective merchandise, due to manufacturer error or shipping issues, an even exchange of the same item can be made, with no charges for reshipping
- If you received the incorrect merchandise purchased due to our error in shipping, we will ask that you return the item at our cost and we will reship the correct item(s), also at our cost. Please contact us in this instance.
- Postage for shipping purchases, returns and exchanges are to be paid by the customer except for specific reasons mentioned above
