Since all companies use their own sizing methods for dance shoes and apparel, it is always recommended that you physically try on merchandise as you may be a certain size in one company, but not the same in another. Unless you know your sizes in a specific style of a specific brand, it is not guaranteed that the sizes will fit the same, or even the dye lot will be the same, especially on seasonal merchandise. For assistance in sizing, feel free to contact us for any general questions to help fit you. We will do our best to fit you accordingly.

Seeing that the majority of pointe shoes are hand made throughout the world, we suggest trying on the shoes with your usual padding and/or paraphernalia that you usually wear in them before making permanent adjustments to the shoes including, sewing on ribbons and elastic. Pointe shoes that have been physically adjusted, worn outside of trying on the shoe, or sewn, cannot be returned.

Damaged (by the manufacturer), unworn and unaltered merchandise can be exchanged or returned.  For more information on this, see our return policy page.
